You can be set up with an administrator login to check the status of employee medical evaluations and download medical approval records.
Use the administrator login and password provided to you. Note that this is different from the login information used by employees taking the medical evaluation.
Once logged in, to use the advanced search functionality, click the magnifying glass in the upper right of the screen.
From there, you can search by employee names or identifying information, but also search by dates.
For example, if you want to see only medical evaluations completed during a certain range, you can enter a date into the search window, and specify if you want to see records after/before/on this date.
